Instructions for Basil Chicken
To prepare the Basil Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend basil leaves and olive oil together into a green puree.
Carefully lift the skin on the chicken pieces and butter pieces with half the Basil puree (save the other half for vegetables). Put the skin in place, season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken pieces in the oven at 200 degrees C for about 1 hour.
Cleanse, cut and rinse leeks thoroughly. Sauté leeks and beans in Basil puree and water in ca. 5 min. Came cream by, boil up and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the rice and 01.00.
