Instructions for Basic soup
To prepare the Basic soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cleaned vegetables into smaller pieces. * Heat olive oil and sauté the vegetables in it to get a little color. Thus penetrates the taste more. Fill 5 L water and herbs in the Pan and cook the soup for one hour. The vegetables are picked up by the Pan and thrown away, all food is cooked out of them. This basic soup can with advantage be used instead of vegetable broth cubes. There is a good idea to freeze the soup down in 1/2-1 liter servings, so it is always easy to use because the soup is another day. Instead of the aforementioned vegetables you can also use potatoes, cabbage, parsnips, parsley root, hokkaido pumpkin, tomatoes or garlic.
