135 | g | Sugar |

2 | dl | Quark 1% |
300 | g | Banana |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Bananmuffins (low-fat)
To prepare the Bananmuffins (low-fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk eggs, sugar and syrup, fluffy and foamy. Add the fromage frais, pipe and term then wheat flour and baking powder in the dough. Turn the flour into the dough and stir in melted butter, banana into small cubes (not MOSS) and chopped chocolate in the batter.
Divide the batter into 12 greased muffinforme and behind them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
Tips:
There is not so much fat in these muffins. They are not fat-free but low-fat.
