125gWhite sugar
125gPowder sugar
125gButter
2Eggs
2tspBaking soda
2tspCinnamon
250gWheat flour
3Bananas (like very ripe and soft)
50gWalnuts

Instructions for Banana Bread II

To prepare the Banana Bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Got bananas and walnuts in food processor, or mash them with a fork. Mix sugar, powder sugar, yogurt, eggs and butter in until the mass is steady and uniform. Mix flour with spices and baking powder in a large bowl. Pour banana mass over in the flour, stir it all together and pour into a greased sandkage form. Bake at 175 degrees for 70 minutes. Com if necessary. tin foil or wax paper over the form the last 15 minutes, so the bread doesn't get burnt.

Do not cut the bread until it is chilled, preferably to the following day. Eat that cake or with butter.
