Instructions for Baked potato cakes
To prepare the Baked potato cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender in unsalted water. Drain, mash them and stir in egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg in. Let Marsh cooling easy, and roll it so for a sausage approx. 7 cm. in diameter, the same as fillet pieces.
Roll puff pastry out to about twice the size and stick-out 16 round cakes at ca. 7 cm in diameter.
Crazy slices of mashed potato sausage 3-4 cm. and benefit them on half of the cakes and put them on a baking sheet with wax paper.
Brush the rest of the cakes with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and put them on top of the bog, which lid.
Behind the cakes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 minutes.
