The egg whites whipped almost rigid. Add the sugar and whisk for around 8 mins., for they are quite stiff. Butter a bit of meringue mass out of two bases and behind them in the oven at 100 degrees for about 45 min. icing sugar and egg yolks whipped airy, and the whipped cream reversed in. Add, where appropriate, taste of your choice. Advantage the cream into small molds and put a marengslåg at the bottom and put them in the freezer for five hours. Then they are taken out of the molds, and the rest of the meringue mass spread over them. Put in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 4 min. serve immediately.
