Peel an Apple per person. Eating apples is best. ½ sheet puff pastry roll out (can be purchased ready made) so that it can cover the Apple. Give the dough a cross at the top. Butter with the beaten egg and bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Splash with Calvados and serve immediately. Can be used for veal roast, tenderloin and the like.
