Instructions for Baileys cheese cake

To prepare the Baileys cheese cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush the crackers. Melt the butter and the crushed biscuits. Put it down in a 20-25 cm springform and squeeze it down with the back of a spoon.

Prepare the gelatine. Hot Baileyen up in a pan and pour the gelatine in it while stirring. Cool it down. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until it is soft. Pour Baileyen in and stir it well.

In another bowl, beat the cream (not completely stiff). Mix it in flødeosten with light hand. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerated it for about three hours.

Take the cake out and garnish with planed chocolate and cocoa.
