Instructions for Baguettes (Gluten-Free)
To prepare the Baguettes (Gluten-Free) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine melted and water is added. When it is hot, dissolve the yeast in this hand. Salt and flour is added. The dough is stirred with hand mixer or mixer for approx. 10 minutes.
Portion dough into 3 portions. Form dough into baugetter with the remaining flour. Loaves by scratches. Raises the ca. 20 minutes.
Brush with milk or sugar water. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees C for about 10 minutes.
