To prepare the Bacon Dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the bacon on a pan without fat until it is crispy. Let it cool off on a piece of paper roll. When the bacon is cold, mix well with cream fraiche. Put it in the fridge and let it rest for a few hours before use.

Delicious for any salad. Can be made the day before, the longer it is more flavorful.
