Ingredients for Bærpirog
0.5 | dl | Orange or grape juice |
0.5 | dl | Hermes etas dryslet |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon if using apples |
1.5-2 | tsp | Baking soda |
160 | g | Quark |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | leaves | Isinglass |
2 | tsp | Oil to form |
350 | g | Berries or 150 g of berries and 2 apples |
50 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Rye flour |
Instructions for Bærpirog
To prepare the Bærpirog recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and push the dough into a pie shape, partly also along the edge. Pour berries or berries / apples that are sliced or torn, and finally Hermesetas Dried.
Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 45 min. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Soak the house blend in cold water and melt it in hot juice. Pour it gently over the supports and allow it to stand for a few hours.
