To prepare the Ayat Strawberry Ice Cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Piskefløden whipped into foam.
Icing sugar, egg yolks and vanilla whipped light and foamy in about 15 mins.
Mix everything and pour into a form. Made in the freeze in min. 3 hours.
Tips:
You can of course use other berries depending on taste. By touching on a regular basis in the ice with a fork, under refrigeration, one can avoid ice crystals. Low finally double portion, as it quickly disappears.
