Instructions for Avocado Salad 02
To prepare the Avocado Salad 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
dressing:
Cut the cucumber and red onions into small terns. Mix it with cremefraichen. Add lemon juice from half a lemon and season with salt. Let it stand for a few hours.
Spice the spinach into a dish on the dish. Then cut the avocados into thin slices and put them on top of the spinach. Cut the slices into thin slices. Put the dressing on top of the avocados and then "sprinkle" the radishes and roast on top.
NOTE: Cut the avocados just before serving, so that they do not turn brown.
