Instructions for Avocado-ice

To prepare the Avocado-ice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg yolks and sugar until the mass is uniform and white. Pour the mass into a blender with a ripe avocado and a smuggling salt. Blend until all lumps are gone. Whip the cream well in a clean bowl, then turn the avocado into the cream with a scraper. Then bring the whole mass into a bowl and let it freeze in min. 4 hours, please overnight.
