1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
150 | g | Butter/margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Vanilla/vanilliesukker |
2-3 | dl | Apple sauce |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Sugar |
3 | Large teaspoon. cinnamon |
Instructions for Austrian Cinnamon Cake
To prepare the Austrian Cinnamon Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar are stirred well. The eggs are added 1 at a time. Mix the flour with the spices and stir together with the apple sauce. The dough comes in a pan of bread ca. 20 x 30 cm. Bake at the bottom of the groin approx. 40 min. At 170 degrees.
Decorate with white galsur or sprinkle flourish over.
