Grated zest and juice of one lemon
1tbspCorn flour
180gSugar
300gFresh apples

Instructions for Apple syrup

To prepare the Apple syrup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix 2.5 dl Water, blueberries/blackcurrants, sugar (use more sugar if blackcurrants clean used) lemon and orange juice and grated to be in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, sku down the heat and let it simmer 1 minute. Remove the heat and stir in maizenamel. Set box role back on the heat and småkog the syrup until it is thick and ready (ca. 1 minute.)
