To prepare the Apple sorbet with mandelkrokant recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil apples, sugar, water, lemon juice and vanilla together for approx. 5 min. Get in the food processor and mix to a uniform mass. Press through a sieve. Bring the mass into a freeze-free form and freeze to porous consistency. Mix in the food processor again and freeze. Bowl almonds, sugar and water in a saucepan and warm it up. Stir occasionally. When the sugar is dry and greyish brown, stir constantly until sugar is melted and golden. Distribute almonds to baking paper with two forks. When they are cold, they are chopped with a knife. Take ice out of the freezer for 30 minutes. Before serving and style it in the fridge. Sprinkle the ice and place it in a serving glass. Decorate with whipped cream and almonds.
