To prepare the Apple pie with Daim lid recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir butter and flour, until it is like grated cheese. Chop the Daim fine and mix it. Put it cold.
Peel the apples. Cut them into thin slices and put them in a greased pie dish (about 24 cm in diameter). Mix the sugar in. Break the Daim mixture over. The pie is baked on the bottom groove in the top of approx. 30 min. At 200 degrees - the surface is light brown and bubbly. Serve with ice cold whipped cream or cream fraiche.
