The apple pie is boiled to 1dl. During the last part of the boiling process stir carefully, as the must is burned because it is about to caramelize. The apple pie is boiled with whipped cream, half-spooned vanilla and sugar. The cream is then poured over low heat with the four egg yolks under thorough whipping. Ice cream is driven on ice machine and then frozen.

Served with French waffles.
The French waffles are made by pouring butter dough in appropriate sizes. Then drip the dough pieces with a fork so that it does not raise too much. The diced butterdej is brushed with a little whipped egg and sprinkle with sugar. The waffles are baked until they are golden and the sugar is easily caramelized. The waffles are very sweet and therefore you should not be tempted to sweeten the ice cream too much.
