To prepare the Annettes sveskeis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sveskerne cooked up with coffee cream, and half of the sugar vanillen.
Stir in the egg yolks when the mixture has cooled a bit.
The rest of the sugar is added under heavy whipping.
Port wine in
The cream is cooled.
Frozen to ice (8-10 hours) taking regularly touched.
Server decked out with fresh mint leaves and possibly. a splash of liqueur.
