To prepare the Anna-Grethes Breadbread Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg yolks are stirred with sugar, whites are whipped stiff. The remaining ingredients are mixed in the egg mass. Finally, whipped whites are reversed.
The dough is filled in a greased spring form and baked by 200 gr. 20-25 min.
The cake is divided into 2-3 layers.
Just before serving, add it with the jam and some of the whipped cream, the rest is used to decorate the layer cake.
