1½ | dl | Cocoa |
1½ | dl | Sugar |
1½ | dl | Water |
2 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |

3 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Ananasis with chocolate sauce
To prepare the Ananasis with chocolate sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Add ice cream, sugar and vanilla sugar to a bowl and whip until it gets thick and airy. Add cream and pineapple with the liquid. Pour the ice cream into an ice machine and drive for about 35 minutes. Bring the semi-frozen ice cream into a mold, style it in the freezer and let it freeze at least 4 hours. Before the ice is to be served, place it first in the fridge for 30 minutes and then for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Turn it on a dish and decorate it. Pour the water, sugar and cocoa into the sauce in a thickened saucepan. Warm it up with stirring. Let the sauce boil 1-2 minutes, but beware it does not burn. Add butter. Prepare it in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Shake the almonds on a plate in the oven at 175ยบ for 5 minutes. Pour the chocolate sauce, hot or cold, into a serving bowl, and optionally add cognac. Sprinkle with almonds.
