To prepare the Amerikanskepandekager recipe, please follow these instructions:

Solids (flour, sugar, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda) mixed.
The butter is melted (do not brown). Egg whipped lightly with fork.

Buttermilk, beaten egg and melted butter whipped lightly together. Solids are incorporated.

If possible, let the mixture rest 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.

Bake on blini buckets or small skillet. Be reversed when there begins to be air bubbles on the top side.

Serve with maple syrup. Possibly bacon. Alternatively, there are also sprinkled powdered sugar in addition, if you are to it.
