Instructions for American pancakes (airy)
To prepare the American pancakes (airy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) Pour milk and vinegar together and let it stand for 5 minutes.
2) Pour flour, butter, baking soda and salt together. Whip egg and butter with the "sour" milk. Then pour the flour and whip until the lumps are gone.
3) Place a pan on the medium heat and pour a stick on (about 1/2 dl). Turn when bubbles have come on the surface. It is done when the other side has become brown as well.
