Instructions for American Envelope Bread
To prepare the American Envelope Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the yeast in the dough dish, stir a little of the lukewarm milk and stir the yeast smoothly. Bring the rest of the milk together with most of the flour, salt and sugar. Stir the dough well. Divide the butter into lumps and stir in the dough bit by bit. Come if A little more flour in. The dough must be lind and smooth.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces that are molded into buns and put together tightly in a small pan, coated with baking paper. Sift a little flour over the loaves and allow them to rise to double size.
Bake on the bottom shelf at 225 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Cool on the grid.
Can be served together and the individual bread is broken and divided into the upper and lower part.
