Instructions for American apple pie
To prepare the American apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mørdej: flour and baking soda are sifted together. Solid, cold margarine chopped in. Oil, water, egg yolk and sugar are stirred together and poured into the flour. The dough is kneaded uniformly and rolled out on a floured table.
A greased pie shape is clad with the dough that is stuck.
Filling:
The apples are peeled, divided and freeze for flower, stem and kernel houses. The apples are cut into both mixed with sugar, flour, lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Put the filling on the dough. Cheese, upright egg white and sugar are stirred together and poured over the apples.
caramel:
