Ingredients for Amager Bread

400 | g | Wheat flour, if desired. more |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Cold water |
6 | tbsp | Canola oil |
6 | dl | Water |
600 | g | Rye seedless |
Instructions for Amager Bread
To prepare the Amager Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Both dough types: Crumble yeast, add salt, oil and water (+ a little bit of food in the rye bread to your liking)
Add flour and knead each dumpling so it can be handled without sticking
Divide each dumplings into 2 and roll them out immediately with a rolling roll of alm. bread size.
Put the brown rolled dough on top of the white dough, which should be 1 cm bigger than the brown - squeeze it a little together with the cake roll and roll it to a roulade.
Close the ends.
Place them on 2 and 2 on 2 plates on baking paper and let them raise the cover to double size.
Brush with cold coffee, egg or milk and baking them next to the oven at 175 degrees hot air - 200 degrees at alm. Oven for 40-45 min.
The bread tastes beautiful and looks nice with the brown "spiral" in the middle. Feels good
tips:
TIP: Yeast dough to be rolled out has to contract when it is first raised. Rolling it out before it starts raising makes it easier
