Turkey bacon roasted on a large deep pan in the margarine.
Eggs are whipped together with milk, salt and pepper. Pour the egg yolk over the turkey bean on the forehead and sprinkle with the chopped garlic clove.
The egg cake is baked until it is firmly in the bottom and sides but still slightly flowing in the middle, Gorgonzola is spread over the egg yolk, after which it gently loosens into a refractory dish, then fold the egg cake together once and double it and bake it in a 200 degree warm Oven for 5-10 min.
