250 | g | Almonds in shell |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | dl | Cane sugar |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Almond biscotti
To prepare the Almond biscotti recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the almonds coarsely in food processor and mix them with baking soda. • Mix the other ingredients in. • when the dough is to deal with, formed the sausages for 4-5 cm. wide, 2 cm. tall and button so long as a baking pan. • Bake in the oven at 160ْC hot air in 30-35 minutes. • When the cakes are cooled a bit of cut in slices of approx. 1 cm. thickness and placed on a rack.
