Instructions for After Eight is 02
To prepare the After Eight is 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk, cream and 200 grams of mint-chocolate are boiled in a large pot.
The egg yolks are whipped with sugar to an airy egg snap.
The boiling milk-cream chocolate mix is added slightly to the oyster while stirring well. Once it is mixed in bowls, pour the mixture back into the pan and gently heat up until the mixture is creaming.
The pot is then taken from the heat and allowed to cool for 4-5 hours.
After cooling, run the mass on ice machine and add 100 grams of finely chopped mint choko.
Freeze in the freezer so the ice can really settle.
