Ingredients for Adventurous Lime Pie

1-2 | Limes, juice of which | |

200 | g | Cream cheese URf.eks. Philadelphia light |
200 | g | Quark |
2½ | dl | Sour cream |
2-3 | tbsp | Sugar |
25 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Adventurous Lime Pie
To prepare the Adventurous Lime Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted fat and quench to a crumbled dough. Pour it out into a pie and let it stiffen cool, approx. 10 min.
Bake it in the oven for approx. 10 min. And take it out. Screw down to 175 degrees.
Stir the cheese together with quark, egg and egg whites. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the lime juice and mix well. Pour the filling into the baked bottom and back until the filling is stiffened, 30-40 min.
Let the pale swell on a grate and put it in the refrigerator until it is completely cold - preferably overnight.
Taste the creme fraiche with vanilla and sprinkle it along the edge of the pan. Garnish with glue strips.
