Instructions for Abrikosroulade
To prepare the Abrikosroulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in sugar and mix well and stir in the battered eggs. Mix flour and baking soda in the dough. Bend a piece of silver paper 30x40 cm up into the edges so that it forms a low rectangular shape, possibly holding the corners together with a clip. Spread the dough on the paper immediately when it is stirred and put it in a 200 degree hot oven. Let it bake 10 min. Immediately flip the pre-baked cake onto a piece of sugar-baked baking soda, spread the apricot mash over it into a smooth layer and roll the roulade immediately, but carefully together.
