To prepare the 4 kinds of cookies (4 x 30 PCs.) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and the other ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough. The fat must not softened with have its normal texture. The dough rolled out to a thick sausage and divided into 4 equal parts.
Dough 1.
Rolled out to a ca. 3 cm. Thick sausage, set to cool on a cold place (like in a refrigerator). The sausage cut into slices and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Dough 2.
Kneaded with chopped almonds and dough rolled out in a sausage shape and printed triangular. After cooling, cut the dough into slices and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Batter 3.
Kneaded with chopped chocolate gently in, and the dough rolled out in a sausage shape and printed oval. After cooling, cut into slices and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Dough 4.
The dough is divided into two equal parts, and in one part incorporated 25 g. cocoa. The two dejstykker rolled out into two equal squares, ironed on the upper surface with egg white and place on top of each other, and rolled along like a roulade and cut after cooling off in slices and put on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees c. alm Groove. oven for about 6 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start
When the cakes are baked, down to cool on a wire rack.
