Turtle cupcakes with turtle frosting

Dough: Sprinkle egg, sugar and vanilla sugar to an airy mass. Add oil and buttermilk and stir well. Pour baking soda, flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and stir. Melt the turtles and turn them around in the dough. Pour the dough into molds and baking
