Recipes with Quail egg

Jasminris: 400 g of jasmine rice boil in twice as much water as there is rice for approx. 20 min. There must be a lid on the pot so that all the moisture does not evaporate. This is NOT loose rice - but sticky, which can be eaten with sticks.

Cook the cloves hard, pil them and split them in half. Place a thin slice of salad leaf on each slice of trout and put two half eggs upstairs. Roll each slice of trout around the salad leaf and the eggs and tie the roll together using 1 straw of onions. Flood
Melt a little butter on a thickened forehead and sauté the onions. Add the white wine and the mashed potatoes, let it boil a little and pass it through a sieve. Add rosemary and simmer.
Stir the salmon chops in butter on a warm pan until golden and finished
Aioli: Stir egg yolk, salt, vinegar, crushed garlic and mustard together in a bowl. Add the oil under strong whipping, first dropwise in a thin jet. Whip until mayonnaise is thick. Beat and put the quail eggs in boiling water. Let the eggs boil for 3-4 minutes
Com ricotta, spinach and garlic in a blender or food processor and blend it to a creamy greenish mass.
Season with pepper and salt and nutmeg to taste.
Mirror quail eggs at medium heat about a min. of a teflon pan or even better on a blini buckets.
