Flower and red wine roast with rosauceauce

Mix 5 dl of wine with sugar and bring to a boil. Let it simmer 2 hours. Add the flowers and boil for a further 4 minutes. Filter approx. 4 dl of the wine mixture through a sophisticated mix aside to the sauce. Pure the rest of the flour mixture in a blender. G
