Red onion sauce

The onions are chopped. Water and cream boil together with peppercorns and onions. Finally, smooth it with Maizena flour. It is seasoned with salt and pepper.

Warm rødløgs sauce

Saute the onion and add the peppercorns without pickle. Water and whipping cream boils up and add the flour while stirring. Let the sauce is cooked through and then add the onion and salt and pepper to taste.
