Mix a marinade of lemon juice, grated lemon peel, oil and curry in a plastic bag. Cut the fish into suitable pieces, lay the fish pieces in the marinade and marinate it for approx. 20 min. Peel the pineapple and cut it through for approx. 1.5 cm thick printer.
