Clean the cauliflower head. Cut a cone-shaped cut into the cauliflower's stick. Place the cauliflower head in a bowl with the head upwards. Add ½ dl of water. Tire with lid or microwave film. Microwave at 900 W microwaves for 7 min. Followed by 5 min. infusion
