Recipes with Large handful of nettle

Lemon Salt

All ingredients are blended to mash with approx. 1 dl of salt. It is then mixed with the rest of the salt and dried in either hot air oven at 50 degrees or outside in the sun until it is completely dry. Pour into airtight container.
