Amaretto pudding with flower sauce

Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease six small bowls. Mix ½ teaspoon cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle this mixture into the bowls. Whip eggs, egg whites, amaretto, honey and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Whip milk and pour the mixture into the dishes.

Amarettosirup-Amaretto syrup

water and sugar is stirred together in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove it from the heat, stir in amaretto and let it cool off.
