To prepare the Wild salmon in the oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
The thawed fish are cleansed (for dandruff, fins, head and tail if these are on) and rinse off. The fish is laid on a piece of silver paper, rubbed with salt both outside and inside. Half of the lemon is squeezed over both sides of the fish and the juice of the other half comes inside. The parsley is rinsed, the stems are removed and filled in the fish. A new piece of silver paper is placed over the fish and the edges of the two pieces of silver paper are rolled together (up against the top of the fish) to form a well-sealed wrapper. The fish is baked for approx. 30 minutes in the middle of a 200 degree hot oven.
