Ingredients for Whole grain muffins
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1.5 | dl | Wheat grain |
2 | tsp | Salt |
200 | g | Quark or yoghurt natural |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Skimmed milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
8 | dl | Grahams |
Instructions for Whole grain muffins
To prepare the Whole grain muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the wheat kernels in soft in water for approx. 2 hours. Warm the milk and dissolve yeast in it. Add salt, quark, oil. Then add 1 dl of wheat kernels, graham flour and wheat flour. Stir the mass well together and allow it to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Reel the dough again and form it for buns. Place them on a sheet of baking paper and let them rise for another 20 minutes. The balls are brushed with lukewarm water. Crush some wheat kernels and sprinkle them over the balls. Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 225 degrees.
