Potatoes or rice
Pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt
Butter for frying
1Trimmed pork tenderloin
dlCream
2tbspChopped flat-leaf parsley
2tbspChopped tarragon
200gShallots into quarters or 2 alm. onions in both
500gFungi (URf.eks. mushroom and Oyster Mushrooms)

To prepare the Whole fried tenderloin with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the brown bread on all sides in butter for approx. 5 min. And season with salt and pepper. Pick it up

Put onion and mushrooms in the pan. Add herbs and lemon juice and add cream. Put the bread in the pan. Lay the lid on and allow the dish to simmer approx. 20 min or until the tenderloin has just been completed.
