Instructions for Walnut pie with ginger and kiwi
To prepare the Walnut pie with ginger and kiwi recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites into hard foam and add the sugar a little at a time towards the end. Chop walnuts and chocolate and mix it in the skim. Butter a spring shape, approx. 24 cd. In diameter, spread the dough and bag it at 225 degrees for 25 minutes. Take the bottom and turn it out. Whip the cream to the foam. Pour sugar into the caramel in a dry frying pan and melt over low heat. Add the walnut kernels when the sugar is light brown and turn them a few minutes. Pour the mass onto an oiled plate or table and let it stiffen. Chop the caramel into a kitchen machine. Take 2-3 tablespoons. Add to the decoration and mix the rest in the whipped cream. Wide the foam on the pie and smooth it a little. Sprinkle the rest of the caramel over and cool the pie. Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices. Peel the ginger and cut into fine strips or tear it down. Mix ginger with port wine and pour the mixture over the kiwis discs. Cut the pie into pieces, put them on serving plates and benefit the kiwis dishes next to it.
tips:
Instead of fresh ginger you can use the pickled, but dried ginger does not offer the same fine taste.
