100 | g | Walnut kernels |
250 | g | Rye flour, wholemeal |
50 | g | Yeast |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Walnut buns with rye flour
To prepare the Walnut buns with rye flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into a little of the warm water, add the rest of the water, oil, salt, coarsely chopped walnut kernels, rye flour and most of the wheat flour. Peel the dough well and let it rise and cover 45-60 minutes.
Take the dough up, knead it through again. With the rest of the flour and divide it into 20-24 equal pieces, shaped into buns and put on plates coated with baking paper. Let them adhere well and well ½ hour.
Brush the balls with a little water and put them in the oven at 250 degrees C. Alm. Oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and baked.
Let the balls cool on a baker, pack them in plastic bags and freeze them until they are used. Sprinkle the cups in good time and chop them in the oven shortly before serving.
