1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Hand-hot water |
2 | dl | Dark Lager (classic) |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Sifting |
375 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Walnut bread with beer
To prepare the Walnut bread with beer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast, water and beer together in a baking pan. Sprinkle the walnuts well and add it with oil, salt, syrup, sift flour and almost all wheat flour. Bring the dough well and flour in, until the texture is appropriate, but finally not too firm. Alright dough on the table. Let the dough raise loose and covered in the bowl for approx. 2 hours. Lightly dough the dough and form it into 1 large bread, 1 smaller bread and 2 flutes or 4 flutes. Leave it on the plate for approx. ½ hour. Sprinkle bread, flutes or buns with flour and baking bread for approx. 40 minutes at 225 degrees on bottom groove, flutes and buns for approx. 12-15 minutes on the middle groove, time depends on the size of the balls.
