Three walnuts finely milled to flour in a food processor. Add the sugar and turn the flour together with the egg white. Divide the batter as 4 round, thin bottoms on greased wax paper. Behind the bottoms in 175 Gr. hot oven for about 7 minutes and then let them cool.
