300 | g | Apples like red |
300 | g | Leaf celery |
300 | g | Green grapes |
3–5 | tsp | Coarse salt |

Instructions for Waldrofsalat
To prepare the Waldrofsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Taste cremefraiche and the Greek yoghurt with sugar and salt. Clean the bladeseller sheets and cut them across thin strips. Save nice leaves to decorate Half the grapes and remove the kernels, or buy stone-free grapes. Store nice grapes for decoration Cut the apples into small terns. Take some walnut kernels from to the decorations. Chop the rest roughly, if necessary. Put them in a plastic bag and crush them with your hand. Mix the filling in the dressing. Let the salad stand cold for at least ½ hour. Decorate and decorate the salad with celery leaves, grapes and walnut kernels.
