Instructions for Vitello tonato
To prepare the Vitello tonato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil lårtungen in water with peppercorns, Bay leaves and salt approx. 50 min. cool down and save a little veal meat soup to tunsaucen. In a blender be complied with anchovies, capers, onion, eggs, mustard, blend and add the oil slowly, eventually calves the soup add so that it neither becomes too thick or thin. Pipe a ½ bunch chopped parsley into the sauce and pour it over the tyndtskårne slices of lårtungen. Garnish with tufts of parsley and lemon. Server with sun-ripened tomatoes and black olives.
